At Idaho Whitewater Unlimited, we recognize the importance of a professional guide staff, as they are at the core of any guided trip experience. We treat our staff like family, and as a result we're fortunate enough to have many of them back year after year. On average, IWU guides have over ten years of river experience and we're proud of the friendly men and women that lead each of our trips.

Lunch is a strong point at IWU, in fact we just plain refuse to serve a deli sandwich on the river, as you can get one of those anywhere. All Full-Day trips with the exception of "The Canyon" feature some of the finest Dutch Oven cooking around.

We specialize in trips for large groups such as family reunions, church outings and company events, with discounts for groups of 15 or more. We also pride ourselves in being able to customize your trip to meet your individual needs. Lunch can be added on half-day trips, whitewater photos and custom T-shirts are available, and transportation can be arranged from nearly anywhere. In short, we want to make your rafting trip an adventure to remember!

IWU offers Half-Day, Full-Day, and 2 to 4 Day trip options on the North, South and Main forks of the famed Payette River System. Just one hour north of Boise, access is easy. Whether you're coming from Boise, McCall, Stanley, Sun Valley or points beyond, we have a trip that will work for you.
